Even a crappy set of misalignments would offer plenty of travel. The length of the beams allows quite a bit of travel with little flex at the bushings. I don't know that they would actually need to be replaced if the radius arms were modified to fix the caster on the beams.

how would i go about doing this, i know your the genius as far as suspension goes

Heim joints will do just fine, thats the route i would take.

I wouldn't even know where to start explaining it or how feasabel it would be. It would be worlds easier to do a clip swap. If you have a good start and just need some pointers I can do that, but if don't even know where to start, then I don't know what to tell you...

well, i do have an idea of where to start cuz i already have haha, the beams are notched to clear the oil pan, and the rails are notched for the tie rods, im going to do a cantilever with the bags horizontal over the rails in front of the i beams, also i am going to take off the rubber spacers on the ends of the radius arms and make new tubular ones with bushing allowing for more rotation without binding.i dont know how much sense im making but if i could figure out how to get the picture thing to work id post some. will this work?

It sounds like it should work.

I thought about it but just put the bags on the radius arms on mine untill i m2 clip it

i dont have any pix of the idea, i have a rough drawing of how im gonna do it but its at my new house, im in the middle of moving right now so it might be a lil bit till i can get it....but im gonna bend some tubing for a bottom bracket and weld it to the top of the frame and the bracket will bend towards the firewall so the bag is horizontal then the upper braket will be welded to the frame and connect via bushing so it will pivot around and push down onto the radius arm instead of the i beam hopefully causing enough lift to untuck my 20s, then a bushing on the radius arm ends and heims on the i beam ends. what do u think?

autocore did it a few years ago, last i heard it was sitting outback with a chop top not rusting since its in AZ lol.
