If you have locks all you need is a flat head screw driver, works just like a key. Just put in and twist   

Extended Cab? Try unsrewing the bolts out of the  wing windows. Other than that, You can take a coat hanger and bend it to were it actually will come back out of the hole that the lock is in on the inside. From there you have to get the coat hanger to push the lock up, unlocking the door.
