Thanks for the info Jeremy.   I am definately keeping up to date on the forum for the Tahoe.  Let me know how the DJM control arms work out for you on the build.  I might have to order those and put the choppin blocks on the market.

i used fbi arms on my tahoe....jeremy and had several discusssions about arms and im glad the djm ones worked for him.the z was not to keep him from have to notch the pocket it was to bring the crossmember back to matching the bottom of the frame sinnce he cut it off. clemsontravis14.you an i discussed arms and i told you the fbios layed with very little cuttin as well as provided plenty of lift....i think choppin block builds a nice product but as stated above there pretty much a tubular verision of stock.i hope you get it all worked out.in my opinion if your running air or doing a setup with hydro with the powerball use fbi arms...just my 2 cents

I heard the 1st gen had some problems, but the 2nd gen have been pretty good...

I layed out the tahoe today. It turns out that I do need to clearance the rear pivot to get another inch of upward travel.
