minors in truck clubs

Been in a club since I was 16. I'm still a minor. I just don't go to the bars when the rest of the club does. I'm one of the more mild ones in the club though, it's some of the older guys that get us kicked out of places. Lol. Characters ~ We're like a pitcher with a straw!

Set a good example, its best to see the parents involved with the sport or atleast supporting the kid...And just make sure that its known that the club has rules, and thats that. It is what it is, I know alot of good younger people and abunch of dumb@$$ older guys...Like it was mentioned we all started early, I started at 15 & was in PP when I was 16...I was treated respectfully & was never put down or belittled due to my age. But I also knew my role & didnt get in trouble nor started any... The sport needs good younger people to come up....nice looking out to the OP!

yea im 17 and im in freaks but in the bilaws ur supposed to be 18 but they say im sepcial hahaand yes i get my ass whooped for no reason very often lol freaks is second family my parents love em and trust them alot

I agree that some one needs to teach these young punks how to act. Thanks for the input. I will more than likely get his folks involved.

I was 17 when I first petitioned for Vertically Challenged. That chapter was more family oriented as the president's wife and kids were always involved so age wasnt really an issue...everyone was laid back. I would say they played a big part in me growing up especially after I left. But now Im 18 and its game on petitioning for Severed Ties! Id say Im treated like everyone else...other than not going with them to bars lol
