Edited: 6/10/2009 8:36:10 AM by fxCUSTUMZ   Update..... 400 miles now....and yes I did put the front on before I took it out....LOL!  the pic is just before, anyways, and so far so good.  Lays 20s no problem.....now need to get rid of that gap between the rocker and the road.....hmmmmmm I am going to put some more miles on it and then if all is good, Scrapin the Coast bound.  Hit me up if you see us there.  We are bringing about 3 vehicles from my shop.    Billy

Just in case anyone was wondering.....I bought this truck a little over a year ago from a kid in Destin Fl.  He was in Jail at the time, and the father had to get rid of it.  The intent was just to get a good deal and make it the beater/shop truck.  Well, after getting it home and realizing the damage that was done by father and son owners before, it has definately been a harder project than anticipated.  Everything that was done had to be redone and then some.     Things like the glass has to be replaced due to welding on the truck without covering it up.  So if anyone knows where a solid back glass is that I can buy, I would definately appreciate it.  Especially if they can bring it to scrapin the coast.  The slag damage on it is extensive.     thanks,   billy

Another update......Just got back from STC and the arms help up no problems.  Almost 2000 miles on them now and still holding up.     Just thought someone might want to know.     billy
