We always go from the door to the ground. If there is a tie, it is really easy to make a judgment call. If one is chopped, it wins. Or if they are the same vehicle and one has bigger wheels, it wins. Basically, if they are both doored, whichever one has had more work to get it to that point.

checking to see who is -1 or -2 is kinda crappy too. If it was setup properly then the suspension would bottom out at the same time the body does in order to maximize suspension travel.

# 2 seems like a cool idea

We eliminated this award from Bring The Noize because it's too controversial.  Everyone has different opionion of what determines 'lowest' car or truck.  Back when we did it we measured from rockers to ground, the roof to the ground, the front end to the ground, rear to the ground....then averaged all numbers together.  The lowest number won.

I've been at the hand of many low contest  If its your show you MAKE the rules, if someone doesnt like them will then they dont have to play the contest..I would never NOT have it as someone said earlier...Ive been judged from window seal down, from roof down, from door down, from how many inches were cut off the truck to lay it out...But the best? one...The vehicle HAS to be pushed or driven away from the spot where its held...Basically, it has to roll or drive to be in the contest I'm a fan of my side window bottom down...Now I havent been beat yet, and only one at the time I was concerned about was the nissan from FL that was down to his bodyline. In which if he did ever go against me? He can have it..... 1. 2 doored trucks? Who has the most done to get to that point or who has the biggest rim for the bodydrop2. bottom of window down and or roof top
