Explain this 2-link to me please!

how can it be a two link if there are more than two links? i dont get that? i thought a two link would only have two links, this falls in the "3 link" category!

no it doesnt. There are 2 linkages connecting the rear end to the chassis. lateral locators do not count.

but theres a long ass link between the two links! three links.

thats a lateral link, or panhard....its still  a 2 linked rear end...if the 3rd bar had one going parallel with the others like a wishbone it would be a 3 link.

i had that same setup on my supercab, well- sorta, mine wasn't adjustable at the axle.  That particular "pan hard" in the hot rod side of things is referred to as a drag link, if i remember right.

this is the same thing i have on my 720. the same thing i posted last year and the same thing people gave me shit about.

I dont have any doubts about the 2-link on my boy Tims/Gob truck & it will work just as good if not better than the 4-link that was on it before he started the stock floor.
