what is the name of some brands? i want a wide bead so it has a nice radious in the corners and the bevels. any tips,techniques? thanks, brandon. IV everlow.

body filler. bondo is what is useed. that way its sandable and paintable.

i know 3m makes a sandable seam sealer.other brands make them as well.this is what we use when we change quarters and bedsides.it will take a special gun because it is a 2 part seam sealer.

fusor makes nice seam sealers, you should be able to get any of them at your local body shop supply stores. But be prepared to shell out some coin, they can run up to $75 a tube.

I used body filler on mine.  Its fully welded though.  If yours is not fully welded I would seem seal it.  I wouldn't use "Bondo"  brand filler though.  Its very hard to sand and shrinks like crazy.  If your going to use a filler use Rage Gold or Rage Gold Extreme.

don't buy the flexible cleari bought it to do my notch cover  and you can't sand it and when it dries it looks like crap

eh it was just a thought, we use it to fix water leaks in seams we dont wana paint... lol.
