I have a feeling it is one of these two colors Dark Cloisonne or Medium Cloisonne which is 4798 or 4797. Checkout my profile to see if that blue is close.

Why not drop Dan Ward a message and ask? Dan will go the extra mile and I bet contact the owner to find out.. that is unless it was a custom mix the owner doesn't want to give up.

I'm gonna copy FORD and use their Sonic Blue when I two tone my paint. Probably use their black too.
