okay I put some blocks under the frame at the front and back of the cab and had a friend push down on the bed... all I can say is wow, the problem the whole time was really under the cab the 2x3 has mad flex! I'm going to run a length of 2x2 front to back on both sides to try and fix the problemanyone have any pics of 2" tall sfbd frames where they have done this?

flex under the cab is why  i was sayin u need inner rails... heres a pic of my buddies yota we did he wanted just wanted to sfbd he didnt want a whole new frame so we only redid the mid section...  not finished in the pic but gives an idea frame is super stiff dosent twist or flex side to side <img src="http://www.streetsource.com/uploads/Ownerprofiles/LowToy91/621200975722PM35991.jpg">

the flex under the cab is because you sat the 2x3 down instead of standing it up just think a 2x4 piece of wood laying down is alot easier to bend than a piece standing up...

yeah I know I just didn't think soo many people would build frames with 2x3 laying down or even 2x2 if the flex was that bad I guess I learned my lesson! oh well at least it will get some new paint

bars and gussets everywhere i have a friend that has them everywhere (low99maz)no flex. and i feel bad for the person that (god forbid) rearends him.i personally think your flex is coming from up front where your frame is welded betwwen the tranny crossmembers there no support on that weld and where it comes down to meet you need to plate the hell outta that before id even worry about the rearend
