well, I took my truck to a place called Kingpin in South Houston, Texas, and they build me a sheetmetal blower box with evaporater coil casing for my isuzu.  it works awesome, and with the big bd i have, i can still drag body all i want with ac.....have to have 2 lines made, but other than that here ya go

thats pretty SNAZZY.. i regret the day i yanked my A/C.. but heinsight is always 20/20. This looks pretty simple and straight forward.. i know u still have to make the lines, how are u going to go about doing that.. ??

the lines will actually be quiet simple....the evaporator coil is out of a 99 civic, so its smaller, and i have the lines coming out of the box  for that coil, and the lines for the factory condenser and drier, and all that has to be made is a stepdown/union to connect the different aluminum lines.  the blower blows like its on setting 3 when its on high, defrost and all that works perfect as well.  so finally it will be comfortable to drive down here with the windows up for once lol

i figured i would post this thread because i know how many s10 owners wonder how to put ac back in after a bd, and this is a 3 3/4 traditional bodydrop so there was very little room under the hood on the firewall.
