The covers and tanks look awesome.

I love that you machined your own aluminum washers.

Thanks Ryan! We've found its those little things that really seem to take it above and beyond. Sure looks a lot better then a chrome bolt and washer and makes things flow better as well.

Here's a shot of the mounts we machined for the strut mounts on the hood.

For the lowers we were able to use one of the dimpled holes. We have a structure behind the panel made of 1/8 plate that bolts to the factory fender, the inner fender and the panel with the dimples in it (those struts have quite a bit of force behind them).

Skipped a couple steps I noticed.

This was a big step for this project and one that was certainly needed. Not only is it adding a punch to the power, it looks way better also!

Here she was in her stock state...

And after the install!

You can check out the step by step installation in a future issue of Street Trucks Magazine.

We re-machined the battery hold down pieces. They have the same look but are new pieces that have better lines and are more accurate. We also machined end pieces to keep the pins aligned upright and add to the look.

Built an aluminum trim piece that houses a thin sheet of rubber to seal out moisture and debris from the fusebox and electrical pieces.

We didn't like the looks of the air flow meter, so we built an aluminum cone that attaches to the filter mount and covers the air flow meter entirely.
