the axles are stock 1/2 ton stuff now..but I'm about to upgrade to rockwell 2.5 ton toploaders..Im still building this struck the body started off as a 2wd longbed, but I swa the one in MB that your talkin about..theyre about the same..except that one had military tires on it, I think

why do all that work ..well half ass work and leave is ifs ...wtf is that even a 4x4 front clip or a 2wd...if it was just a 2wd why not a stright axle...one day i plan to put some dues and a halfs under my ford but im not going real high just anuff to clear 48's or 52's but im gonna bag it so if i ever gota load something into the bed cause i still use my truck

where is the best place to buy the narrowed rebuilt rockwells...i can get old ones that have been siting for 1000 for 1 front and a rear but i want 2 fronts

The one thing I dont understand, when people do these 20+ inch lifts, why do they keep the ifs?  Looks stupid with a 20" tall drop down wall in the front for the ifs.  Would look so much cleaner with a straight axle.

check http://bncoffroad.com/main.htm those cats got the handle on the big lift stuff - the 2000ish silverado on 54s at the shop now is freakin ridiculus and will be hittin a show real soon btw rob rodell who built the b/d green amigo aka lomigo is the head fabricator at the shop and is pretty much the mad man behind those lifts
