That's not a Nissan. It's a Mighty Max/D-50/Plymouth Arrow truck. People ask me what year my 'nissan' is all the time. It's the 1st gen Mitsu/Dodge that ran from I think '79 - '85.

--------------------------------------------- I stand corrected. Either way it was flawless! That rat rod was sweet too. That whole artice just seems written unprofessionally

the douche that wrote the story needs to stick with what he knows best and thats writing about solar powered pencil sharpeners and running his prius and stale root beer, the guy has no clue that people build the vehicles the way they do for sema is to make them stand out head and shoulders above the rest. As for the race truck, clearly evident he has never been around any form of motorsports that consist of dirt and mud, especially a tube frame truck, that mud gets in all kinds of places and when it drys it falls off from its weight - and the scionxB, that was one of my favorites from sema

some were ugly, the mini was full of mods but a bit too "busy" but hey isnt that what sema is about? wild and crazy? outside the box? but the "rat" rod was def kool, not feelin clear coated patina tho.. the bike, built to be what it was, eye catching, it did its job cause it even caught the eye of this douche from pop mech, the scion was cool, the tube frame rock crawler was cool, but spikes over heaqd seem to pose imminent danger to anyone in a rollover if ANYTHING fails in the safety area, the car with the mad max spikes was even cool, but the donk gotta go, although in the donk world the paint on it would be well respected, the pink viynl car was a bit blahhhhh yuck, but all of them had tons o mods and work, saw a lot more id have put on that list 1st. traxxas truck was def cool as fvck, looked like its R/C counterpart, from traxxas, prolly what they were tryin to do. look like the rc car, as they are an rc company. soooo sorry bout the huge paragraph for all the grammar nazis but this is just my .02 cents

The D50 is the old Ramster brought back to life as Project 6 Pack. Even the same bike that was in bed when it first ran in Minitruckin. Full buildup at www.Project6Pack.com

dude sounds like a dumbass. the blue 6-wheeler (nissan/mitsu/dodge/etc... whatever lol) looks sick! as does the truck covered in mud. and the scion looks real clean!

Wow the most ignorant thing I have read since my divorce papers. You think a magazine wouldn't want to travel down the road of picking on anyones ride. ho well...not my magazine to run.

ya, seems like a shitty thing to do. can't believe a well known mag would publish how shitty they think other people's rides are. even all the custom truck mags don't bash people's rides. just on SSM. haha jk. but seriously, if anyone bash's someone's ride, it's something like the donk in that article. that dude has no clue of our scene and shouldn't judge. hell, if there was a section in the next minitruckin called "biggest piece of shit from the last show", the owner would be furious and everyone else would probably think less of the mag. everyone has their own ideas and opinions on how something should be. and i'd say a lot of sema is top notch quality and that guy just made himself look like an idiot. i think so. ok, that was my 3 cents.

That dude is a fucking tool...    no those aren't all the sickest rides around, but all of them on that list were cool in their own way if you ask me. even the spongebob donk had some extremely clean airbrush work...
