phoenix sucks!!!!

$181 for the speed cams on the 17. Those ones are the worst because the speed limit fluxuates between 55 and 65mph (this is also the case on the 51 towards downtown.  Just throw the ticket in the trash. A ticket has to actually be served to you by a process server at your home before it become necessary to pay or go to court to speak with a judge. They don't know that you ever received the citation in the mail for sure. If the server shows up at your buddies house (and he unfortunately opens the front door) he could at that point choose to inform the court that it isn't him driving. They try to trick you also. there are 3 options listed on the back of the mailed ticket one of the options says something like: If you are not the driver tell us who it was driving. Your friend DOES NOT have to tell them who the driver is. It simply is not him and that's all the need to know. Also a heads up: if you/he  logs on the website or calls the number on the ticket or mails anything in it is an automatic admission of guilt and that you received the citation in the mail. My best suggestion is to IGNORE THE CITATION COMPLETELY and try your best to dodge the process server. If I'm not expecting company, I don't open the door.

As long as you dont call into that phone number or go to the website, you will be ok. if he does get served. Meaning someone has to PHYSICALLY hand him a piece of paper, then he can blow up a picture of his drivers liscence, and send it in. The same thing happened to me when i loaned my buddy my car. they came and served me, and the next day i sent in a blown up pic of my drivers liscence with the paper showing it was not me driving. and then it was taken care of. a couple of my cop buddies have gotten tickets, and they just throw them in the trash.....
