what color is this?

That is a bad color. Here in Tampa if you print out a few pictures from different angles the paint store can mix it for you. The different angles will tell them if it has pearl in it of flakes or what ever. Any experience paint store should get you very close to that.

ive seen somewhere its called Lunar Grey, which is a Jaguar color.

I emailed the builder last night and they said its Austin martin green.
