well lets just hope they will acutally accomplish this properly. Most manufacturers add too many features and options, and forget that it is supposed to be a truck. Chevy is a prime example with their declining sales with their colorados, and canyons, both of which will be discontinued next year. I have had 2 of them, because they are still a small-mid size truck. But when it comes to the price, I might aswell buy a silverado, because for 8 grand more, I get better towing capacity, payload, etc.....And then it comes to currently available midsize trucks, they Toyotas take the take, better flow, better towing, braking, etc....I would personally love to see basic trucks with little to no options come back, because for many this is all they need. I recently priced out a "Cheap" car for my wife, and by the time you add an automatic transmission, its priced over $20k cdn. So break it down into a basic 48month payment, or finance rate, and your still $500 cdn a month. It definatly makes me think twice about buying new cars. -Brad
