it'll be interesting to see what comes of this. Will nissan listen to the people who originally bought these trucks for thier price, fuel economy and basic transportation (thats the main reason why I bought my brand new 1991 mitsu back in the day) or are the Nissan corporate gurus in thier infinate wisdom going to go ahead and cram down our throats what they think we need. Those old compact trucks are still selling over seas in third world countries like there is no tomorrow but nissan looks at america and sees everything bigger or they automatically think we need it bigger since we already have bigger suvs, bigger helpings on the dinner, bigger waste lines, and bigger amounts of debt. JUst think a smaller truck could start some kinda of revolution here, you drive a smaller truck, but your a lil chubby, you decide you need to drop a few pounds to fit behind the wheel, you in turn spend less on food, then you have extra money to pay on your credit cards instead of paying the minimum, the nation as a whole comes out of debt and then the world will be saved by minitrucks cause we saved money and spent less on gas building a surplus of oil ... wow - just imagine the possibilities GAWDAMNIT WE NEED OUR COMPACT MINI TRUCKS BACK NOW !
