oK, so i didnt really want to release this but figured screw it since some people saw it already. I guess i learned from the last time i released a rendering early lol. But this truck is already at paint. So as to what happened to this bad boy is this. i did blow up the motor on the way to Danger Zone last year. I blew it good, well technically lowlife mike blew it since he was driving lol but it did blow. So after some time and some debate I bought a motor from S & M Recycling in Northern California for about $1000. I looked and looked and couldnt find a better deal. The motor was great. Even though it came out of a wrecked truck, we later found out that it was a fresh rebuild. After two days of driving it quit on me again. So I couldnt figure out what the deal was and panicked. My boy Steve came over and saw that it was a simple loose wire on the starter and the truck then hit the road for about two months. After a lot of thought I decided that the stock look as much as I love it just isnt for me. So now I give you another project to add to my list. WAS STK! lol

ah you posted it any ways, I saw it on the club forums...I tried to be careful with my wording as to not give away any details on it....Either way, I truly dig it. -Brad

Nick did the rendering? That's funny, I wonder when he did it. When he was doing the one for the mitsu I am building (that is at paint right now as well) he mentioned the same type of thing going on where the body line on the cab meets the one on the bed. I wasn't into it when I heard the idea, but I think it looks cool now that I am seeing it. Should be cool when it's done. I am not sure if the one I am building will be at the FFF show, but I guess I need to try harder now, lol.

he was doing them around the same time. he told me he was working on a bunch at the same time. I wasnt in a real big hurry. Ive had mine for a while but I hadnt released it yet. Im glad to see more mitsus getting built.

Yeah, he did 10 or so 2 tones and I ended up just going single color with some stripes. I couldn't decide on the perfect 2 tone, I think you got it though.
