My Suicide Door Project

Laided out, jam area removed, laided out hinge plate on 10Ga. chrome-molly,made backer plate's for behind holes,formed on the break, drilled & tapped,& trimmed to fit & taked in place 

looks good man good luck with it we did mine on my mazda about 6 or 7 years ago and it worked great

 Changes with the days end,decided that parts from the drivers side would need to go the passengers side ,so started cutting there also. Will be making new hinge plates for the  body as not correct!Wanted tp finish one side before the other ,but not possible. Up dates & photo's too follow!

hey man i like what you are doing and have been thinking of this myself.can you post you pics a little bigger so i can see what you are doing?i know there was a tech on this somewhere but i couldnt find it.nice work and cool mod!

Sent photo's to you!!Worked all day yesterday on this, going to the Auto Rama today. Will be making new hinge  panels for the rear jam,as the door would crash badly if not.Should be have them & the one into the body on Monday,& move to the front ( latch) passengers side!
