Still been busy. Really really trying hard to clear out all orders on the floor, and be able to stock pile some parts over the holidays, so when the real winter rush comes along, we are ready for it!

Anyways, been working on this front end package for a while now for a customer on the west coast. He had a well known shop out in his area do a complete front end package for his ram truck. 45 miles down the road, the complete front end came apart, and caused 8500 in damage to the truck, minus the 5k in suspension work he had just paid.

Heres how it went:

On the Right, a Tubular lower control arm from a fabrication shop on the west coast, supposed to fit a Ram 1500. On the left, a Michigan Metal Works replacement for the arm. The one on the right came apart while driving down the road. Take notice to those crushed tube ends to weld to the bearing cup... NICE

Once again, on the right an attempt from a shop on the left coast area at a custom spindle, and on the left the MMW Replacment. The one on the right hit the rim in 3 places, used those super fancy spacers stacked on top of each other to get the hub into the correct place, and only contacted the taper of the ball joint on one edge. The MMW spindle fixes those problems, gets the caliper out of the bind that it was in, and also FITS the hub used.

At it again!. On the left, a tubular adjustable upper control arm, that is supposed to fit a 1500 Ram truck, same terrible details like crushed tubing ends to weld together, and over 2" too short. On the right, the MMW flat plate replacment part. Jeebus Joint upper arm, with adjustable bushing ends, and billet caps. Complete kit now ready to ship!

Then here is a picture of it assembled:

Also bee knocking out a lot of sets of dually arms lately. These ones are for the 88-98 body style, and convert the front end to use 3/4 ton hubs, providing some much needed additional lift:

Some ford ranger uppers in the RUST color powder coat. one of the cooler colors available!

These will be end of the week updates, been welding my FACE off.

Great work as always. Those arms you posted up from a shop on the west cost look like ass. Cant believe someone would do that and yours in comparison look amazing. Keep up the great work.
