These are a new set of arms ive been working on for a while, that im just getting ready to let loose.
These here are pictured for the 1964 Impala, but will fit many other vehicles in that model range, the complete list i will update soon.
Anyways, these arms are narrowed .5" on each side. The upper arm uses a aftermarket x-shaft that is a lot less bulky than the stocker, it also includes jeebus joints in the upper arms, that will allow for 19 degrees more travel over the stock ball joint. The uppers are fully TIG welded, from .500 plate steel and all DOM tube.
The lowers are designed to use a replacment ball joint for the stock bolt in unit, this new style ball joint gets 11 degres more travel, and is a much more modern design, and is designed to be used in a compression application. These arms are made from .750 plate, with .250 plate added for the bag mount plate. This new design will cut down on weight a bit, and have a completely new look to the arm. The lowers are fully MIG welded, and will also come with a new fabricated lower x-shaft as well.
I hope to get them back from powder coat late this week, and i will post up pics when i do! Im pretty excited about these, they are turning out to be a really nice arm!
