The new 02-05 Dodge Ram Steering Kit.

Machined from DOM Tube, flat spotted in the center for a wrench, and double adjustable for far more offset options. Kit is also fully black oxide finished, no raw metal that will rust in a few days and look like poo. The heim joints use misalignment spacers, not just a piece of tube cut to space the heim off the spindle. No drilling of the spindle required, simply tap the tapered adaptor into the spindle and it converts the tapered hole to a straight hole. All hardware is G8 and also black oxide finished.

So 350 for some tapped bent tubing and 4 tie rods? I have brand new tie rods how much for just the tubing and jamb nuts?

Ok, ill go ahead and explain this again.

The end links i use on these kits, they are not the stock CK end links. I figured you could tell that by looking at them, the stock CK end links are about 6" longer than these, and a different thread.

I buy these end links from a local supplier as blanks, and machine them myself to legnth and to the thread pitch i want to use on the kits. Have you ever machined the thread on a tie rod blank? it requires a special jig, and a dedicated slow RPM turning machine, and an extremely sharp cutting tool. If it was as simple as using your stock CK chevy tie rods, the kit would be much cheaper, but as you can tell from the length of the stock CK tie rods, its not gonna happen.

However I would gladly sell you the bent tubing and a pair of jamb nuts, and watch you try to figure how to use your stock ends with it tho, just shoot me an email and ill get you a price.

thanks

Taylor

Some questions for you about your S-10 control arms before i think about purchasing a set.

- Who is the maker of the Uni-Balls you use in your Jeebus joints?
- Are they stainless or steel?
- Are they teflon lined?
- What diameter are they?

Thanks for any info you can give me.
