its looking DONE haha. Crated it up and got it shipped back to you guys.
The 07-10 Chevy arms i make are narrowed .750 on each side right off the bat, the uppers have jeebus joints with machined tapered shafts. the uppers also have a drilled and taped hole to mount the stock brake line to the control arm as well, so you arent throwing zip ties around your brand new control arms to hold your brake lines. The lowers have jeebus joints with machined tapered sleeves to install into the spindle.
The customer that had ordered the kit from me was going to be using the choppin block front spindles and bracket kit, so i made the arms fit within those parameters. I have a 08 Silverado that im going to be bagging later this winter, and i plan to produce a front kit for that truck as well, that would include a steering kit, uca bracket kit and bag bracket kit, upper and lower arms and shock mounts.
I will be using the basic layout of the arms i made here, with some slight changes to make it fit into my own kit a bit more unique and easier to layout. right off the bat, the Jeebus joints that i use for the uppers and lowers, get roughly 14 degres more travel than their ball joint equivilant, so they will be able to lay out on a huge wheel and tire setup.
Heres the arm pics:
