Well I cant really say how the laws are in AZ but i have been a cop for the last 4 1/2 years, and i can tell you from my dealings, and from Texas an Alabama law it will turn out to be a civil matter, that you will have to take her to court on, it will also depend on if yall were living together, and all that stuff, it could be considered community property which means that everything belongs to both parties not just one or the other. On the other hand it could be considered a gift, just has alot of different facts that have to be looked at before any of that can be decided.  Again thats just my 2 cents from what i have delt with in the 2 states i have worked in.

FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND, THEY ARE GOING TO COURT. AND SHE IS BEING INVESTIGATED FOR FORGERY, AND SOME OTHER THINGS.... THE POLICE FINALLY LOOKED INTO IT, AND SHE HAD FORGED HIS SIGNATURE ON THE TITLE, AND HAD A NOTARY FRIEND NOTARIZE IT, AND THEN SHE WENT TO THE DMV AND SWITCHED THE TITLE INTO HER NAME, THEN SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE... THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING REALLY THAT HE CAN DO ABOUT IT BEING SOLD.. SINCE IT WAS 'LEGALLY' SOLD TO WHOMEVER OWNS IT NOW. SO HE IS GOING TO TAKE HER TO COURT FOR THE TRUCK AND THE OTHER STUFF AS WELL... SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS LOCK, I AM ON A WORK COMPUTER AND ITS STUCK ON.....

I thought that was it sitting on Glendale.  I saw it around the same time this post was created so I didn't think it was the same truck since it was the other side of town.  good luck on the court.

it could have been Carroll. He left for work at 4am, and he got that text at like 8am, that it was being loaded up.
