1ST Traffic Ticket.

So the other day i got my first ticket, it was for talking on my cell phone and window tint. Phone was in my hand but i was not on it at the time. and cop said he doesnt like tinted windows and wrote me up. i told him ive never had an issue with the tint on my window and he said its all cops prefence and he wasnt a fan..... just checked online for the total cost of the ticket... $325 does this sound right? anyone been pulled over for a cell ticket in California yet?

i completely understand that, but holding a phone is no crime, i was not on it at the time, and i never thought a 35% tint is an illegal tint.. he said he wasnt a fan of window tint and i wrote me up..

I wanna know what Dept got you for the cell! Im from around you and your the first ive heard of getting one.

Corona PD, i literally pulled out of my driveway got to the stop sign and got lit up.. no longer than 35 seconds after leaving the driveway...

you can probably get a report from your cell phone company that will list when all of your calls and text messages were. but hell, prob not worth it. you'll prob lose in court and pay more fines. ya just can't win these days. sucks man.

My mom got one in Moreno Valley and it was $125, I'm guessing the ticket is for the tint and phone combined

but isnt tint ticket just a fix-it ticket?

tint is a fix it with like 40 dollars or so in county fee's or was. and im pretty impressed corona got you for tint they usually dont bother people to much.
