Hey, I ran into the same thing when rebuilding my motor. Heat the crank bolt with a torch ( I used map gas because it was convienient) for about 30 seconds and then blurp it off with your impact. Works like a charm.
have you put any wd-40 on it. thr crank bolt is only on there with about 90 ft lbs. unless some ding dong loctited it. the u have to heat it. but spray some wd on the head and let it soak. its more then likely the washer is rusted frozen. the only cars toyota makes that you need a breaker bar for is a supra and lexus models.
Changed the front seal on mine yesterday 1= socket to fit with breaker bar. 2= pull bar under passenger side frame. 3= push bar against frame and secure to frame at a 90 degree angle with zip ties. 4= pull off coil wire. 5= bump key one time and its loose.
