---------------------------------------------Originally posted by lowrthnu92is that ride height or is not gonna lay ?---------------------------------------------Static drop with coilovers. No bags. With all the details of the project, I don't need to be layed out even though everyone thinks it has too. It will be just as low as any bagged truck that hasn't been body dropped. Besides reality and renderings are completely different anyways

well Jance, you've officially fucked me.  I just spent an hour reading the whole build, now my wife's going to be bitching because i'll be hard to get up in the morning!!!     wait, i'm hard to get up every morning  Dude, that really sucks, i'm sure you'll bounce back and might unearth it one day and just do it, i really hope it happens for you. If it's any consolation, my burb that was for sure going to be finished by 4-30 of this year (by the 2nd shop) is still only about 60% done, guess i won't be showing it at all star  you know most of the back story, but here's a little ditty i did late one night. http://www.streetsource.com/forum/topic.aspx?topic_id=116893

Thanks for understanding guys! Trust me there is no one else that wants to see this thing done more than me. 5 years is a long time to wait just to give up  in the end. I fought myself with it a lot in 2009 and that turned into the worst year of my life because I let it control everything that I did. I know that sounds completely stupid and hard to understand but it's just one of those things that I look back on and regret because I gave up a lot to keep the project going and trusted the wrong people. I just want to have fun and enjoy my projects! I"m too addicted to this stuff to stop completely, so my next project would have to be something all about fun, and not worry about making it to shows. Although with the Dodge it was all about promoting my invention, so it's kind of hard to overlook making it to shows. Thanks for keeping up with my build up anyways!

we're not dogging you, i totally understand.  It's totally different for me since i have 2 kids now (and a wife that would rather give birth to a flaming porcupine than support any of my hobbies   ), i've been close to throwing in the towel several times in the last couple of years, but i'm going to stick it out and at least get to drive it around soon. Sucky thing is i'm going to have to drive it like i get it back from Gavin because i refuse to do anything else to it until i get everyone paid off and/or back (that's you, Mom!)  Not like my parents have paid for anything (i borrowed $2500 from my mom a couple of months ago to pay Gavin off (i thought), that's the first time i've asked for money since i was done playing college football in November of 1998 ), but i don't want to do paint, body, and stereo until i don't owe anyone anything.  I wish i had your money saving sense, i try really hard to put some back, but every time i get caught up, something screwey happens and i have to cough some up again.  If a certain guy in a certain town in Texas would pay back the $4k he owes me, shit would be a WHOLE lot sweeter. Happy late birthday, by the way
