Shop wavier or release of liability

I almost forgot the most important thing!  Make sure you setup your business as incorperated INC, or an LLC limited liability corporation.  This seperates your business from you personally.  It would be horible to loose your business over a lawsiut, but you cannot set up your family to loose your home and personal property.  Anyone can sue anybody for anything at least protect your personal property.
