CA DMV

I went to the website and typed in the last 5 of my vin and my plate and it came back with no record on file lol......

Lines at the D.M.V.? Not anymore for me. Get a AAA membership, (under $100 for the year), and you not only get roadside assistance, anytime towing, (every custom vehicle driver/owner should have this!), a shit load of discounts on travel, hotels, and stuff, but there's a fricken' D.M.V. inside that is exclusive to members. I got my passport through this office too. Anybody in Southern Cali knows whats up with the damn D.M.V. here, and their real nice attitudes and the wait, so you guys should also know that its worth every penny of the AAA fee to just be able to use the D.M.V. service. The only thing you'll have to go to the actual D.M.V. for is a new I.D. or license picture. Just the picture. Just a heads up, and a thread jack.

P.S., don't tell nobody else. I don't want to wait in long lines there too. Haha.

Fees can get crazy. I know someone that had over 5 gs due on a dually registration when they bought it. Always helps to check into any vehicle you are interested in.
