Here are some pics of IIGW rebuilding the Dadillac dash.

This dash has seen better days. Most of the vinyl is severely cracked, broken or missing. We removed the big broken chunks, prepped the underlying metal frame structure and used bondo to reshape the dash. Then we covered the entire dash with 2 layers of fiber glass matting and resin to add strength. The next steps are to grind down the fiber glass, and finish shaping the dash, then three more layers of fiberglass will be laid down for ultimate strength.Lastly the dash will then undergo final prepping for painting.
