So, does it have a chance at making it, or no?

the truck did not make it but i do plan on continueing with the build my hopes are that we can find a paint sponsor and still provide the feature promised to everyone that helped out....my hopes are that i can slow this build down a little and be able to make the truck what it should be for amy whitt ..... the frame and most of the sheet metal work is complete....in the last week before sema no one had time to help me so it was only me working on it....i sold whatever i could to pay for parts still needed but it just wasnt enough ....i will defiantly finish the truck soon and hope to have it at severed

Hey Jimmy, I think it's best you take your time a build a solid truck for Amy instead of rushing and cutting corners. The quality looks great. Go get some rest and then just do your best.

Nothing could be agreed more. The winner getting a solid quality built vehicle is definetaly most important. Im positive in the long run, it will work out for her.

Its somewhat disappointing having all this hype built up about this, then it fizzling out and not happening. Thats pretty shitty. I dont get it tho. A couple months ago, when everyone was asking why you hadn't started on it yet...you said you were all on track with it, and that everyone would be surprised on how fast it will all move because you had every detail figured out in CAD. Did something not work out on that level? What was the major set back?

Good luck getting this back on track, and complete. If the current work done to it is any suggestion as to how the rest will look, then its going to be an awesome truck.

All I have to say is that on January 8th of this year I would have bet money on this not getting to SEMA.....

BUT I definitely agree that it's better that it gets done the right way and not rushed. Good Luck.

First and fore most I am glad that work is being done and at this point appears to be done the right way.

As a Runner up for this "TOO GOOD to BE TRUE" Opportunity I am personally glad that I was not picked because this whole thing has looked Shady the whole way through.

I keep reading things like "..i sold whatever i could to pay for parts still needed but it just wasnt enough ....i will defiantly finish the truck soon and hope to have it at severed "

Having to sell everything you got sucks but I am not down with this Pitty train bullshit and I dont think the readers nor the owner of the truck need to see or hear that shit. YOU brought this thing up, YOU sign up to do this whole build. Looks like you bit off more than you could chew on this deal.

It sucks for all the sponsors who donated parts in hopes for a true build thread, which got nothing until the final weeks before a deadline and a SEMA Spot which it aint there either.

I remember reading the Quotes at the end of your post saying $1000 dollar Deadline Guarantee, on paint and graphics, well after you signing yourself and company up to do this SEMA Build and not being able to deliver to SEMA dosent help you or your business bro.

As you can tell i am not much of a writer so i'm gonna end this with Yes you do some great PAINT work, and YES you had a GREAT IDEA with this SEMA Concept, but with the lack of build updates and not delivering to SEMA, I would be uncomfortable Recommending your company, Most people only want a trustworthy company that does good work and unfortunately I dont have any trust in your company to send people too you.

Truly hope to see this project at a local show in the near Future.
