once the pockets in the jambs are welded in, they're not adjustable--niether are the pockets that weld to the door itself, but where the plates on the hinge bolt to the pockets on the door, there's plenty of adjustment as in anyone else's kit (if that makes any sence)

yup, thats the one I used on my 88 fullsize. They are the same hinges AIM sells. They were mediocre... Check all of the welds.. I had one of the pin locating tubes break off after everything was welded, bodyworked and painted. Not exactly fun.

Also, stay away from autoloc's bearclaws... They rattle and open...

You need to brace the living shit out of the insides of your door as well.

Here is my pocket placement.. you need to move them further to the outside than where mine were because the door scrubbed the body slightly when opening. I also, shaved all where the stock latch was.. I dont remember if this was necessary or not. you can see the plate inside my door... thats 1/8".. Also, tie the hinges into the cab.

thats all i got.

tons at first, just keep logically adding material until it stops. Tying the hinges into the cab helps so much.
