Dually Coming together somewhat

Well the bedrails were just sitting on the bed as a joke, MY dad bought a 94 lightning and they were on it for all of 20 minutes after he got it home. He layed them on the dually bed.
The tires were on it when I got it. I hate them. I have 6 new tires that were given to me. I just am too broke to have them swapped over. the dually is sitting in the corner of the garage waiting on motavation and money at this time.
