Been working on flushing the backglass the last few evenings after work....Just gotta modify the upper glass trough and fab the ones for the bottom then i can cut out the seamed roof post, weld all the inner structure then reskin
This is lookinf cool already!
I like the first set of wheels but the second one are killer!
On the sketch I love the eway the grill looks going down passed the bumber - that's sweet!
No the glass is raised up to be flush with the roof skin which meant i had to add around an inch to the quarters to meet up with glass and leave a 5/16th gap between the glass and body once its bodyworked.....the pics are just part of the process not quite finished the mod yet as u can see in pic i havent add the lip for the glass to glue to back on the bottom yet
hey good call on just moving the glass up and only needing to add metal at the bottom. Im thinking of doing it to just the windsheild on my project. been thinking about it (lay'n in bed at night) and was thinking I would have to add metal all the way around. maybe tomorrow I'll play with just moving it up
Few small updates while waiting on parts to come in.....Got a good bit of support from Hoffman Group heres a pic of those parts......great products and servicedid some more work around the back glass Steve from Below-Grade Designs offered to do a digital rendering here it is
