got the passenger side done. all mocked up ready to hit the floor and dam if the rails tried to buckle inward. i was going to finish the engine xmember after i put it on the car lift BUT looks like im going to have to pull the motor and temp brace it before i do that so i can move it/cycle the suspension.

my view from about 1 foot below the new roof

Got it moved to the car lift so I can work the crossmember.

Started bracing the engine crossmember with shark plates.

Not a bad fit for freehand plasma :)

Got the front pieces cut out but sadly no pics, game was called due to rain(for those not up to speed with the class the shop is getting a new roof)

now the class is up to date. if it will quit raining after work, i can make some dam progress!

lovin these rangers, its the boxy look that makes them kool.

The flat 1/4 plate trailin arms are dope!

yea the dirt dobbers infested the shop. they are all pretty much gone now since it has a new roof :) those are MMW arms.

Fabed up the radius ARM delete crossmember using my old SD crossmember for a reference. Used the 2 existing holes and added the 3rd. That's 1 in 1/8 wall tube so it should be plenty strong for a non load carrying crossmember.

Clears the ground by about 1/4 in.

And a good side shot
