ya sorry i didn't get too specific, but N2BNLOW hit it on the head. you don't want to have the shock completely collapsed or fully extended as that will limit lift. bilsteins are badass & that's what i use, but that's like asking a ford or chevy question...it's all just personal preference & many people might tell you many different brands.
i guess i was just trying to basically say that anyone who tells you something like "u need to buy shocks off a 1965 ford galaxy" or something like that is wrong, cause it might have worked for 1 guy, but if your shock mounts are welded in an inch or 2 higher than him, you won't lay out (or vice versa)
also i don't mean to sound like i'm talking bad about dan...sorry if that came out that way...
