Good point made. Paint has UV protection in it, primers however do not, if you're going to use a primer and leave it like a paint, it will fade badly, and turn chalky. If you use a singlestage with a flattener like Nasty is talking about, you won't have that problem. And like Lester said, KustomShop.com has that, that you can buy in a "kit" called HotRod Flatz, already has the flattening agent mixed in and offers UV protection, so you won't have that fading, chalky effect later on. I think the "kits" from KustomShop are around $175......
