Got some more work done. Gettin' close to finishing this thing...

Made a little tab that will allow the wiring to pass through..

Also got the fuel cell straps made and in place...

Finally got it outside for the first time in a long time. Needed to rinse it off and turn it around to start tubbing the front...

Got the firewall cut away to make this thing lay on the 24z...

Next is the tubs and shocks.

Wow, what a difference!!!
Great Job. just out of curiosity....
How long did it take to run the airline from the square tubbing to the round tubbing for the rear arir bags?

Looking real good bud! A couple questions if u don't mind.. which bilsteins are u running.. and what are the specs for the wheels? It looks like u never narrowed the rear end so I was curious if the 4s fit fine with now flairing??

Thanks guys. The airline was ran from the bags back, so from the round bar through the square tube. Took about 5-10 minutes to fish a piece of wire through and then when I was ready, I taped on some airline and pulled it through. Pretty easy actually.

5150's in the rear, 5100's in the front. The wheels are 24x9.5..I think. 9.5 or 10. The rear end did not ever get narrowed, so it does flare the bed sides. The truck will be coming back for sheet metal in the bed so it will be narrowed before then. I needed the truck out, so it was wrapped up as is. The wheels all had 1/4" milled off them, which helped more in the front than the rear. The rear will have to be narrowed about 2" to probably avoid flaring.
