HEEEELP!!!!!!!!

So I have hit a speed bump in the build. If any of the s10 guys out there can answer this for me it's be a huge help.. Everywhere that iv read says that the steering box shaft is 3/4" w/ 30 spline (& I checked my box it counts to 30 spline) so thats the u-joint i ordered from speedway but it slides rite ovee the shaft sooo what im wondering is there avxut off year for the box with a 3/4 30 spline???

the front clip I used is from a 2wd 2000 s10

I'm wondering if it went metric at some point???

**PLEASE SOMEONE ANSWER THIS FOR ME!!!!! Hahaha

Looking good nick. Good luck on the steering. I'll probably be asking the same if I go to the ididit in the Studebaker

Maybe this will work. It's a .720" - 30 spline by 3/4" smooth bore...that is if I understand what you were saying slipping over the shaft.

Looks freaking killer!!! What year motor you use? Was thinking about putting a cummins in a 54 truck i got on s10 frame. Can't wait to see some more vids of this!!

Awesome project!!!! ImpOnAir it's a non CAC (Charge air cooled) 12 valve out of an 1st gen, and early second gen pre 1994 dodge, could be wrong on the year.

without a CAC your going to want to put Methanol injection on it if you turn it up at all... I strongly suggest running a EGT (exhaust Gas Temp) sensor and gauge, and put a different fuel filter/ water separator Maddawg or FASS. The old timers say it will run the best and still get good mileage at around 20* btdc (before top dead center) timing.

I've seen one of these put down 1200+ HP and do it for a long while, with a balanced stock bottom end. They haven't changed them too much since they came out, if that tells you anything. need any torque specs or insider info drop me an email bdt_00_buckshot@yahoo.com
