i built half my truck in a one car garage and about half in my drive way. it sucks but can be done as long as you got room to open at least one door at a time. important part is be organized and keep it cleaned up.

Built my Rodeo in a 1 car garage. Had the truck by the door and had a small fab table and tool cabinet at the front of the truck. Was tough at times since the garage was narrow but it was better than working in the driveway where the neighbors complained. The best advice i have is try to store anything your are not working on at that time in another place. Heck i stored my hood, doors, fenders, wheels, interior in my kitchen and living room just to keep my garage open.
