Hey guys this is Eric Co-Owner of Hydroholics, I'm really sorry to hear that all you guys are disapointed with Hydroholics, I have recently taken over doing all of the stuff for Hydroholics since Josh is such a busy man taking care of all the Forged stuff, and I'm trying to make it run smoother and ordering a bunch of parts that way theres no waiting on stuff. Im constantly on the computer checking for new emails that way i can get back to you guys asap, and not having you wait days without hearing from anybody. If you guys need anything at all, please feel free to call me anytime 480 201-8490, and im sorry again about all this. Hopefully i can change the way you guys feel about Hydroholics.

Honestly I have no issues with Hydroholics before or after the change. I got a responce to my e-mails in time. Granted I have to wait for some parts to get stocked before I get my shipment but thats fine. A local shop around me once told me that "Nothing custom is waiting on a shelf for you" and its true. These are custom parts and sometimes you have to wait a few weeks to get parts in. Once my cylinders are stocked I will be placing my order.

You have to order parts ahead of when you need them rather than exactly when you need them. I learned that lesson a long time ago.

What is custom about a pump or a cylinder? These are products they sell that is not something that has to be made to order. Not to argue, but I disagree with you on that part.

I am glad to see that someone answered on here and I hope they get things moving along. I also hope to see new, innovative products coming from them like the past but who knows what will happen. It's def not the same company as before...

I agree that these parts aren't "custom" to us but they are unusual parts for the general market so there aren't many just sitting around waiting. Theres only a small market for hydraulics like this.

I agree with you on that. The problem I see for them is besides the threaded cylinders, their products are something that people can buy from other companies. The customer service and passion for the products is what sold me personally on their stuff so I hope to see that return.

I wish and hope for the best in Hydroholics future.

x2.

I feel Hydroholics was a 'passion' to Aaron and to the new owners it's just a 'business'.

Eric, good to see a company rep on here.

Hopefully it becomes more common.

Good to see this thread turn around. Derek and I certainly had (have) a lot of passion for Hydroholics and we loved the business and all the positive encouragement that went with it. Now that Eric has taken over all Hydroholics business I am confident you will all regain your trust in the company. The hydraulic community is small, but growing, and one thing I miss is the bond I had with every one of my customers. You guys were part of the reason the company grew so fast and gained so much respect. Anyhow, here's a little bit of Hydroholics knowledge for you all:

What makes Hydroholics product different from other companies?Pumps come standard with rockford gears that will accept threaded pickups to side mount pumpsPumps come standard with tank plates and vented ball bearing motor capsOnly cylinders that come threaded with polypac seals.Only manufacturer to use geninue Delta dump stems and coils.Only manufacturer to offer 3 and 5 dump manifoldsAbsolute best price on Parker accumulatorsOnly hydraulic manufacturer with the ability to charge 'plugged' style accumulatorsAll check valves have a 25psi spring rate to eliminate back spin on the pumpsOnly hydraulic company to offer honda cups, cylinder extensions, threaded sleeves.

There's probably some more, but I'm a little out of practice on my Hydroholics 'PR' lol.
