I don't have time to go online right now. I feel my time should be focused on getting orders caught up. Funny how people are so fast to go online and try to talk. I don't have time for it as I'm totally focused to get all my CanDo orders caught up. I'll be in the shop the next few weeks every day and night tell they are all caught up.

He could have simply refunded the guy his $ in less time than it took him to type that reply.

"i dont have time to get online right now" is total bullshit. no matter the excuse, he is able to sit down for 15 minutes a night to let a few of his anxious customers know what the deal is. My brother got a set of LCAs from him last year and was going to order the uppers soon so im glad i seen this post so he can place his order somewhere else.

Ive been a shop owner and i tell u that when u get so overwhelmed like he is nothing is ever enough ...its really easy to say just go hire some welders but very few welders r fabricators and very few people that do fabricate do work at that level .... yes u can hire help and more often than not the work will suffer,then u open a whole new can of shit .. its happening with CANDO,Suicidedoors and a shit,lot of other shops ..
Im not speaking for Steve or anyone in the biz im just saying that doing what these great fabricators do trying to please everyone that calls,can really catch up with u ..!!

i will agree but he needs to decide if he is gonna sell parts or work on installs for customers its one or the other shops that focus on one thing end up doing better in the long run. ive dealt with steve in the past and have never had issues

and yes, steve is a bad guy. when i bought my 4 link, i was LIED to for weeks, he kept telling me "it's almost ready, just have to wait for some parts from the laser guy" and "i just need to weld it up" and the best one "dude, i haven't even started it yet". and now, no contact for MONTHS, and yet he's still a good guy?

--------------------------------------------funny, he answered all my emails right until he got paid. and i am not waiting on fabbed parts, but some u-bolts i'm sure he has in the shop he could've thrown in fucking box at some point between june and now. so there is NO excuse for him to take his sweet time ignoring my emails and taking my money for a product he does not intend on sending me.

i'm not saying your wrong.....i'm just telling you what i was told.....youre right u bolts should of been sent that day....i dunno what is going on....i hope someone buys it that cares about what is goin on....there aint no excuse for not sending out small parts....fabbed parts are one thing....but u bolts are another

Ok guys I am closing this one up. You've all had more than enough chance to chime in on someone only a few people posting really know. Not trying to defend Steve (he is a fellow //NC\\ member), but no sense flogging a dead horse.

To the OP, I've emailed Steve on the camber list, he is aware of this post. What he does from there is up to him. I am hoping he steps up and gets you taken care of. If you don't get resolution by the end of the week, send me a PM and I will prod him once more. Sorry you're having a bad experience with him.

To all that just want to jump on the "that's BS" bandwagon, unless you've dealt with a business personally, shut the fuck up! Pretty simple concept in my book. The OP was trying to put the info out there and they've done that. The several people that chimed in that have had no dealing are really just muddying up the OP's message. Enough said.
