I've got stock uppers and lowers on a 98 and lays flat frame on 18z. Moved the upper arm up about an 1". I also have 2" spindle spacers and very little camber.

The only way I have heard of doing it is drilling out the bottom holes of the spindles and re-tapping them to allow grade 8 9/16" bolts and of course a 2" steel spacer of some sorts. I just never liked the idea of doing that but would love to have some spacers so I can put my ball joints back where they belong. It would also cut down on the bumpsteer the front has..... :(
