Mike do you not agree that that hatch or Adams honda would be a perfect fit in MT?..Hell maybe even on the cover..... Ohhh & to Stck2UrGuns ask Mike I'm sure he would tell you sales are down which is prolly one reason for 10 pages of AIM ads or why the mag is only 90ish pages when just a yr ago it was 130ish... But what do I know .......

i think it would be cool for minitruckn to make a once a year soft back book kind of deal. high quality prints and tons of features of the best of anything low for that year, kinda like guinness world records. call it something like "Asphault Assault" or something open to all kinds of "minitruck inspired" rides. make it an online order only then no one complains about cars etc in the mag

Kinda like the HOT TRUX issue that came out in 95 & NEVER came out again... I think thats a damn fine idea & I bet that the people on here bitchin about cars in MT would buy it......

I think one, maybe two cars a month is a great idea but in addition to the trucks not in place of. If it ever happens I'll probably subscribe again where as now I don't buy it at all.

MiniTrucks= MiniTruckin

DropJaw is offering alittle of everything in their published mag.

Its like reading about Baseball in a Football mag. its not what ya buy it for.

I for one agree CARS SHOULD BE LET IN MT..I don't hear anyone bitchin "what the hell is a van/suv doin in MT"....a van ISN'T a truck What about a SUV a 4runner ISN'T a truck I'll use the same question that was asked above..... how can a "minitrucker" look @ a taco & a 4runner & then pick the 4runner...the mag isn't call MINIVANIN or MINISUVIN ..Times change there are cars out that are badder than most of the cover trucks nowadays(ie that hatch up there ^^^^^ & Adams honda from NC) I would love to pick up an issue & see a 2 ride cover say Adams honda & lets say the mistu from Driveway Werks.. I also agree w. the statement that it would increase readers & prolly increase sales... So would you rather pick up MT & see a car or 2 a month or get on SSM & read a thread from Mike sayin that MT is no longer gonna be printed? So in closing GET OVER IT & LET THE CARS IN........

a 4runner and taco share alot of components that are direct bolt on swaps like the sheetmetal suspension and drivetrain just like a blazer and s10 or ranger and explorer or rodeo and isuzu pup or dakota and durango so a suv isnt nothing but a truck with a camper shell.....anywho i say there are some cars out there well worthy to be in mt but why not complain to sport compact car mag where the first cars in there were more similar to a mintruck you car owners have allowed those mags to be dominated by peformance rather then looks and style pick up an old sport compact mag those rides were cool now its all about whats under the hood ......i mean back in the day minitruckin trucks like wrapped in envy were LOWRIDERS 13's juice gold and chrome but you dont see those style trucks in m/t no more and they are MINITRUCKS but they strive to be the stand out in a big body chevy world..... how cool is it to get a feature in LOWRIDER with say a tacoma golded out on 13's in a mag full of bombs and impalas ....so with that been said strive to stand out and get featured by a mag thats almost all about performance and started out more mini style there have been a few and i think we will always see a car pop up in m/t the laid out cavalier with the smallblock im still waiting to see done

im having a hell of a time even finding mt at the stores these days. the 711 by my house dont carry it no more neither does the dominicks. look at highbeams that didnt last long because there is no market for it. i think theres tons of caprices and wagons bodydropped that i would love to see featured. the sport compacts at least have a chance in a tuner mag but do you think these guys will ever be in rod n custom or streetrodder i doubt it. i do think a general spin off magazine would be great or something liek lowrider but mini inspired have a big american car a sport compact a mini and some full sizes all mixed in there.
