i am tired of seeing bellybutton special issues as well. i know there is alot of s-10s out there and thats why you have atleast one per issue anyways lol but atleast the black one and the dually were extra bad ass.

and all isuzu or mitsu or 720 issue would be cool too.

the main thing i hate seein are buyers guides for anything. its just like looking at the ads all over again and takes up space. one small picture and a few words are not guna make me buy anything anymore than the aim ad on the page before it or avs ad behind it. its just filler to take up pages.

still love my minitruckin and bought every issue from 98 up.

I dont agree with you Ben. I think the diff in then and now is you have aged, gotten better at what u do, expectations have gotten bigger, etc. I believe they are still doing a great job of showing whats out there and that there are still young guys out there who cant wait for it to come in the mail just like u used to be. I remember when it was bi-monthly back in the day talk about anxious for the new one to come in Also the internet being what it is we see everything way before the print mags can possibly show it which also eliminates the i cant wait for MT to come in the mail altho i still most months anticipate the arrival. I respect your opinion im just giving my opinion on why u feel this way, no disrepect intended at all brother

great issue!!! only thing that puzzled me is when it was said that this was bankrupts 3rd build. anyone thats truly old school from the south should know that this is actually the 4th build of the truck. at least as i remember it.

--------------------------------------------- Originally posted by SPICY2 the s10 with the shaved ex cab glass has a molded tailgate and molded rollpan and still has the gap between them thought thats a lil unusual........ ---------------------------------------------if its "accident prone", then thats my truck. its my daily driver,  i have dragged off 4 rollpans in the past few years. i did this because now if i drag-off this rollpan, all i have to do is cut remaining metal off, weld on new rollpan and body work the bottom potrion, not the whole rear end.... and the x-cab windows, well this thread explains it very well, with almost 70% of trucks out there being s-10's, its almost impossible to build one that stands out next to the others
