Started mounting the bed and getting all the metalwork done to it. The rear tires are so big i had to raise the fenders on the bedsides 2'' and still lift the entire bed 2.5'' to keep the fenders from hitting the bedrails. Ill go back and make filler panels to close the gap between the running boards and extend the fenders back down to the ground.

Been doing all the metalwork lately. Stretched fenders, new running boards, bed floor being framed out, made some wheel tubs for the rear and lately been working on the bedsides. Today i made a new upper running board panel. I didnt like the open gap between the running board and door where GM has a piece of rubber go, so i made the panel go all the way to the front fender to close the gap.

Your work process looks great, like the filler @ the bottom of the cab back to the rear fender!!
