I checked the voltages with it on the battery was getting 14.74 volts from the alternator and the working headlight is getting 14.59volts and the not working one is getting 14.25 volts

Then must be a bad filament in the headlight. Check each filament with the multimeter in ohms position. Or swap left and right headlights to confirm it's the light, not the wiring.

I bought my halogen sealed beams at O'Reilly, was on their records from my phone number, no problem exchanging it for a new one.

I got my headlights off of Amazon, might be a bit tricky to return them xD
Battery looks like its nearing the end of its life, It drains a little fast

I'd contact Amazon, chances are high that they won't even ask for the headlight back.

They asked for the old one back but free replacement and they paid for shipping. Should be getting it relatively soon :P
