Nope, it's still purple. It's a 3-stage, so in different lighting it shows up blue, maroonish, or even a charcoal. It looks killer wet, very deep violet. It's impossible to photograph it though and get it to look like it does in person. It's nowhere near as aggressive as a mystic paint job like the cobras got... it looks purple 95% of the time. If it's in the shade and you are in the sun, it looks alot darker, and you only see the blue in person if you are seeing direct sun reflection off of it, and even then it's only small portions of the car.
