if u look closely they actually took the bottom half of the 88-98 fender and sectioned the top part of the 01 front fenders together and its got an 01 hd hood and grille and bumper , and the burban yall talkin about all they did was put a 2000 grille and bumper with the 88-98 front sheet metal i think he may have modified the front fenders just a lil bit

damn nice video and damn anyone want to do this conversion for me i have no time but got money LOL

now did they jsut swap fenders or what i am so confused i need a front end conversion book for dummies

The fenders are both 88-98 and 01-up fenders. They are cut diagonal from the upper 88-98 body line downward to the wheel well in front of the lower 88-98 bodyline. You use the 88-98 part that is closest to the door and from the diagonal cut forward is 01-up sheetmetal. At least thats how we did one.

Do the grills and hood need to be sectioned? I know the bumpers seem wider, just fingered the whole thing was wider.

Depends on what bumpers you use and if you want to use the NBS hoods.
